Introduction to Taiwan NCC Certification

NCC is the abbreviation of The National Communications Commission, which mainly controls the communication and information equipment circulating and used in the Taiwan market:          &nbsp ;     1. LPE: Low Power Equipment (for example: Bluetooth, WIFI equipment);        2. TTE: Telecommunications Terminal Equipment is communication terminal equipment (such as mobile phones, tablet devices).  

NCC certified product range

1. Low-power RF motor with operating frequency from 9kHz to 300GHz
Such as: wireless network (WLAN ) products (including IEEE 802.11a/b/g), UNII, Bluetooth products, RFID, ZigBee, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, wireless headsets and microphones, radio walkie-talkies, radio remote control toys, all kinds of radio remote controls, all kinds of wireless Anti-theft devices, etc.             2. Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) , automatic alarm equipment, telephone answering machine, fax machine, remote control device, wired telephone wireless main and auxiliary machine, key telephone system, data equipment (including ADSL equipment), incoming call display terminal equipment, 2.4GHz radio frequency telecommunication terminal equipment, etc.             3. Land Mobile Communication Network Equipment (PLMN) Products such as: Wireless Broadband Access Mobile Station Equipment (WiMAX Mobile Station) Terminal equipment), GSM 900/DCS 1800 mobile phone and terminal equipment (2G mobile phone), third-generation mobile communication terminal equipment (3G mobile phone), etc.  

NCC certification mark description

In order to meet the needs of Taiwan's trade facilitation customs clearance, from January 1, 1995, the format of the certification label for telecommunications controlled radio frequency equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment has been revised as follows:

CC: is a fixed character code used to distinguish the types of equipment imported for customs declaration. XX: Table verification authority (organization): expressed in English letters. xx: table year: AD 2007 with 07, 2008 with 08...and so on. YY: Table equipment type. yyy: table serial number: increase sequentially from 001-999 in each year. Z: table serial number z: table verification method W: check code

NCC certification process

1. The entrusting party provides product information evaluation quotation;              Samples, materials, payment arrangements, case opening;       3. BCTC arranges product forecasts, and reviews materials;       &nbsp ;       4. After passing the prediction, send samples to Taiwan for testing;             5. Issue a test report after the test is completed;            7. Submit the certificate, get the certificate report, and close the case.   BSMI application methods: There are currently three application methods.

NCC certification certificate validity period

  The certificate has no validity period. As long as the product is unchanged and the test standard is not updated, the certificate is always valid.
