The amount of samples to be tested is solid: 30-50 grams (for example, 1kg for the spontaneous combustion test and 200g for the oxidant test), liquid: 50-70 ml (for metal corrosion samples, please notify separately, sample 3.5 L), the name of the sample and the name of the sending unit should be marked on the sample bag (or bottle). In order to facilitate verification, the center shall retain all incoming samples and will not return them (if valuable or special samples need to be returned, please explain in the remarks column).
2. The inspection unit must ensure that the samples sent are consistent with the real shipped goods, and the inspection is entrusted. If there is any discrepancy, the involved inspection fees, legal liabilities and other consequences shall be borne by the customer .
2. Filling in the forms and matters needing attention
1. The name of the goods must be filled with the specific substance name of the sample, not only the code, model or specification code, etc.
2. For battery products (or products containing batteries), the type of battery must be indicated in the column "Name of Goods" (such as: zinc-manganese batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, lead acid battery, lithium battery, etc.) and the model of the battery.
3. For organic pigments (except acrylic pigments for painting), the trade name of the pigment should be indicated, and the trade name of the dye and the strength of the dye should be indicated for organic dyes.
4. Please truthfully fill in the manufacturer of the sample and the unit applying for appraisal. Once the report is issued, no changes can be made.
