Model approval is an administrative license specifically implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology based on the "Regulations on Radio Management of the People's Republic of China". The applicant for type approval shall be responsible for the authenticity and validity of the application materials and make corresponding commitments when providing application materials. According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China", if an applicant for an administrative license conceals relevant information or provides false materials to apply for an administrative license, the administrative organ will not accept it or grant an administrative license and issue a warning; the application for an administrative license is directly related to the public. For safety, personal health, life and property safety matters, the applicant shall not apply for the administrative license again within one year.
