On November 15, 2021, the European Union published Directives (EU) 2021/1978, (EU) 2021/1979 and (EU) 2021/1980 in its Official Journal, Amends the relevant exemptions of the European Parliament and the Council on Annex IV of the RoHS Directive  2011/65/EU (Application of Exemptions from Corresponding Restrictions in Medical Devices and Monitoring/Control Equipment), adding three exemptions 45, 46 and 47 .
